Minister of State Vishnu Sai's lost cousin sister found in Ahmedabad

Police found 40-year old Hemanti at Kalupur station four months ago, although they didn't know who she was. Staff at a mental health hospital where she was admitted found out who her brother was, and Vishnu Sai recognised a photo of her.

AHMEDABAD: Minister of State for Steel and Mines Vishnu Sai's cousin sister Hemanti, who left home almost two years ago, has been found in Ahmedabad.
Police found 40-year old Hemanti at Kalupur station four months ago, although they didn't know who she was. She was admitted to a mental health hospital in the Delhi Darwaja area in Ahmedabad.
She later revealed to her counsellors at the hospital that she was from Chhattisgarh, that her brother was a political leader and his name was Vishnu Sai.

When hospital staff learned just who Sai was, they got his contact information from the Internet and informed him about Hemanti. They also informed Chattisgarh police.
Sai recognized a photograph of his cousin, and sent his personal secretary and female Assistant Commissioner of Police to Ahmedabad.
Hemanti is the daughter of Sai's maternal uncle. Since her parents passed away when she was still a child, she was raised by Sai's family.
She was married to the to son of MP (Rajyasabha) Nandkumar Sai, and had a child with him. But after they divorced, Hemanti developed mental health issues.
She lived in Jharkand's Bagiya village before she left home 21 months ago.
